So PeanutHero sold me a year of VPS:

As the server wasn't able to handle the load, he sold me a larger option, which I paid the difference for the entire year:

Server was still unable to handle the load, and as it was his biggest VPS he offered me the same VPS but adding 3 cores, which finally was able to handle the load:

Few days later... apparently ALL his VPS servers went down, and it was supposed to be for 24 hours.

Well, that wasn't true.. VPS was down for over a week. As I asked him if the dedicated servers were affected and he told me that they weren't, a week later I decided to go with a dedicated, adding even more money to the deal.

Days started to pass by and he wasn't delivering my server, at the point I started asking for a refund (VPS didn't came back online either).
1st ticket:

And by then I still haven't got my server...
After I threaten him by opening a dispute BOOM: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5225162&pid=51462827#pid51462827 server got delivered... BUT IT WASN'T THE SERVER I PAID FOR!
The guy is refused to issue a refund even tho he NEVER delivered what I paid for. And until TODAY, I was still waiting for the server I paid.

NOW, Today, that dedicated server he gave me, which wasn't even the server I paid for ALSO went down. And THIS IS ENOUGH, I'm tired of the bullshit. If the guy can't deliver what he sells, why not issue a refund and call it a loss? DUDE! LEARN TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!
He is off course ignoring me...

No, I'm not surprised at all. I could hit you up with the host that he uses and I could show you the terrible markups he makes to profit without doing much. He's enjoying your money right now and it's all because I was shunned for trying to do something about it.
